The Process
Our team of ground workers, bricklayers and carpenters installed the foundations, drainage, built the cavity walls installed the floor and roof structures.
The windows and doors we’re installed by ATJ Home & Lifestyle a sister company of ATJ Building & Groundworks. Once the building was watertight and our carpenters installed the stairs and stud partitions our approved electrical and heating contractors installed the plumbing, central heating and electrics.
The next stage was plastering which was carried out by ATJ plasterers once this was complete our carpenters installed the kitchen and 2nd fix carpentry whilst the bathrooms suites were being fitted our approved plumber who we work very closely with. The property was then fully decorated by ourselves.
Whilst the property was being finished on the inside ATJ ground workers and bricklayers completed all the hard landscape fencing and paving to the front and rear of the property.
ATJ Building & Groundworks arranged the installation of all new services, liaised with building control, architect and structural engineer to ensure the smooth running of the project and to ensure all conditions of planning and building regulations were complied with so that the property could be sold without legal complications or delays.
The Result
The project was completed on time and within budget and the property sold before completion.
